2. Types of Personal Data, Purpose, Legal Basis, and Retention
Offers and Services:
We process the following personal data when you participate in supervision, courses, networking meetings, or similar activities organized by Omveckla AB: name, address, email, phone number, workplace, payment details, and interests in Omveckla AB’s offerings.
When purchasing, e.g., a course or supervision, we process the above personal data to deliver the agreed services and collect payment in accordance with our general terms, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(b). We may share your name and workplace with other participants due to our and participants’ legitimate interest in preparing and networking, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
We also process personal data to fulfill legal obligations, including bookkeeping, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(c).
Your personal data may also be used for our legitimate interest in statistics and improving our products and services, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Additionally, your data may be processed for sending service messages, birthday greetings, customer surveys, and maintaining our terms of trade, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(f). We may also process your data to establish, defend, or enforce legal claims, in the public interest, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(e).
